My Quilting Projects
For me, quilting is a conversation with fabric. I get inspiration to combine colors and create a design in the pattern. The quiet joy of sewing and piecing the design together brings me happiness.
A quilt is a hug made of fabric—a tactile reminder that someone took the time to choose every color, consider every texture, and secure every seam. I quilt to create pieces of art that don't just hang on a wall, but live on beds, laps, and in the hearts of those who use them.
This quilt was made from Grace’s childhood clothing, memories of days gone by.
